We are seeking a Director of Marketing Communications to provide strategic insight and direction in the development of brand and marketing strategies as well as to evolve appropriate communication channels for current and future clients. 

• Developing, executing, and analyzing marketing and communications programs that generate awareness of our brand and create a culture that helps grow the business.
  
• Establishing and managing the tone of voice and character marketing communications to create consistency for our brand.
  
• Generating strategies for awareness-building and establishing preference for FRCH through networking, public and client relations, professional organizations, website, blogs and social media presence.
  
• Researching, analyzing and interpreting market data to provide strategic direction and differentiation for our brand which competes against some of the world's most powerful design and architecture firms.
  
• Planning and overseeing all direct, targeted and promotional marketing efforts.
  
• Partnering with business development and studio leaders to incorporate best practices for marketing plans, business development, and potential client communications.
• Participating in new business pitches. 

 
Requirements include 8+ years corporate marketing, communications, advertising and/or brand experience in a creative service industry. Ideal candidates must be savvy in all aspects of research, database and website maintenance, digital skills, media and print. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred. Occasional travel required.

Business Development Professional - Cincinnati, OH

Our Retail Design Studios are in search of an energetic, resourceful, and well-organized professional to be responsible for the development of new account relationships and growing existing client relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads and establishing contacts with new prospects: initiating and implementing business development strategies, coordinating contacts between staff and proposed clients, conducting core research, and establishing quality relationships from initial contact through the closure process and maintaining them going forward. Will be responsible for advising the studio leader of actions, schedules, prospects and related activities and coordinating timely responses to submittals, presentations and proposals.

• 5 to 10 years minimum successful business development sales experience in the professional service or consulting industry.  Experience in Retail, Branding, Architecture, Design or other creative industry is preferred
• Strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication prsentation skills and MS Office proficiency required
• Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) programs such as Vision required
• Occasional travel required, both domestically and internationally

Architect - Cincinnati, OH

Our Hospitality studio is searching for Architects to work on a variety of upcoming projects. Duties will include participation in the full design process from Schematic Design through Construction Administration as a member of a project team working jointly and in concert with Interior and Graphic Designers. We are looking for passionate, proven Architects with experience in owning projects from beginning to end.

• 3+ years relevant experience in Architecture and Interior Design
• Experience in retail Hospitality, mixed-use and/or large commercial projects preferred
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Suite and more
• Architectural Registration required
