We are currently seeking interior designers who have strength from concept to design development with a high level of design execution technique within a retail space. High sense of design taste, passion for "true creation" and having an eye for creative/innovative design details are "must -have" requirements. This position includes opportunities to work with a diverse base of retail related clients and projects from around the globe. Duties include concept design, planning, design and detail development and documentation. Candidates should be highly skilled in conceptual ideation, rendering with modern expression, presentation skills, capacity to build client relationships and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven culture. We are looking for individuals with proven decision making skills and a true passion for creative design and all things retail.
- 2 to 10 years of proven international/retail environment design experience
- Interior Design or related degree, Masters degree in art and design is a plus
- Experience in luxury Department Store or Specialty Retail design is desired
- Must have high level of proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and AutoCad 2D and 3D
- Experience using 3D Studio Max or other 3D modeling/Rendering programs is a plus

Our Retail + Mixed-Use Destinations studio is searching for a Senior Architect to work on a variety of upcoming projects. Duties will include participation in the production of conceptual design and contract documents as a member of a project team. We are looking for passionate, proven leaders with experience in owning projects from beginning to end.
- 8 + years relevant experience in planning, design and production
- Experience in retail center, mixed-use and/or large commercial projects preferred
- High proficiency in Revit
- Architectural Registration required
