As Chief Executive Officer of FRCH, Jim Tippmann sets the company's strategic direction, guides the business, and leads the firm's Executive and Management Committees. Prior to assuming the position of CEO, Jim was Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at FRCH. During this time he helped plan and implement firm wide initiatives, both nationally and internationally. Under Jim's leadership, FRCH Design Worldwide has grown a remarkable 45 percent.

Jim's extensive background in operations, finance and development, combined with 15 years of experience in the architectural and design business, make him an exceptional leader with unparalleled qualifications. He is an active member in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a member of the AIA CEO Large Firm Round Table. In addition, Jim is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Retail Federation and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
