A Unique Recipe For Success
THE CHALLENGE:
The Chi-nnati's restaurant concept was conceived by one brother from Cincinnati and one from Chicago, who both love pizza and the art of sharing. The idea behind their eclectic new pizza hangout was simply delicious - serve Chicago deep-dish pizza, with a dash of Cincinnati pizzazz. They invited FRCH to help bring their restaurant concept to life.
THE RESOLUTION:
Inspired by the Chi-nnati's name, we determined that the overarching design theme should have a sense of duality and contrast, as well. We utilized re-claimed and re-purposed materials to give the space an industrial flair, uniting both old and new. Dark wood stain and colored glass ceiling tiles cast a warm glow over comfortable family-sized booths. Throughout the restaurant, abstract artwork captures the essence of both Chicago and Cincinnati. Even the dual typeface logo design helps to elegantly blend the best of both worlds. The result is a unique one-of-a-kind experience centered on great food, friends and family.
