THE CHALLENGE:
The entry Pavilion has always been an iconic element of the Hilton Garden Inn brand. The opportunity focused on ensuring that the space remains current and relevant into the future, while maximizing its food and beverage revenue potential.
THE RESOLUTION:
As part of this system-wide program, conjuring the spirit of an outdoor garden party was the first step in creating an atmosphere that encouraged guests to spend time in the Pavilion. This was accomplished from an additive "party planners" point of view, rather than through an expensive interior renovation. Brand communications and a functional accessories package were the focus. The nest step was to provide food and beverage options throughout the entire Pavilion. This included redefining service protocols and developing an integrated display and collateral system that encouraged guests to participate. The thrid step was creating distinct and differentiated areas for socialization allowing the guest experience to effortlessly transform from social and vivacious to intimate and contemplative. Through careful planning, the existing FF&E was reorganized and supplemental new elements added, to support the needs and desires of both business and leisure guests.
