Refreshing New Start
THE CHALLENGE:
To design and construct Kohnen & Patton's new office in only four months.
THE RESOLUTION:
Our design strategy was to first invert the design process so that construction could begin before the full design was completed. The offices for individual lawyers and staff were developed and under construction in a month's time. We then focused on the design of the public spaces to create an updated warm, inviting and friendly environment that represented the firm's employees and clientele.
