Bringing Fresh Forward
As the largest restaurant chain in the world, Subway needed a partner to help them reinvent the guest experience across multiple formats and regions to create a successful, universal brand refresh.
FRCH leveraged international research to connect with Subway's global regions so the new brand experience had relevance across all cultures. Based on insights from global brand partners and consumers, a new environment was created to allow Subway to reclaim its heritage of "fresh". FRCH moved "fresh" forward by elevating bread baking, fresh ingredient prep and ingredient presentation. The physical space was aligned with the digital experience to allow a seamless guest experience with dedicated pick-up, carry-out and kiosk ordering.
