Island Retreat
THE CHALLENGE:
Design and Construct a Full Service Westin Resort along with 99 Condominiums in 18 months on a difficult hillside and oceanfront valley site.
THE RESOLUTION:
The resort was designed to have an easy flow and grace in all of its detailing that was reminiscent of a contemporary version of an old island estate home. The Porte Cochere features a Stainless Steel Pergola that over time will be filled with beautiful Bougainvillea flowers creating a stunning entry experience for arriving guests. The hotel features 311 Guestrooms, 99 3 Bedroom Condominiums, 2 Restaurants with outdoor poolside dining, casino, full service spa, retail corridor, 10,00sf meeting space, resort pool, cabanas, in water pool bar and other amenities.
